"Roo Rua Boat Noodle" is a thai style noodle shop in Thong Lor area.

△　豚の油を揚げたカリカリとしたお菓子感覚のもの。タイ人はこれをナムドックに入れて食べます。

 Crispy pork skin can be added into the noodle soup. it will be a great match!

A very special deep fried mince meat ball mixed with herbs in it. It taste a bit salty, but it is a very good side dish that goes with beer.

麺を作る場所は外にあるので、お持ち帰りのお客さんにも便利です。

This is a very interesting part, the noodle kitchen is located in the front of the restaurant. I think it's easier for people to buy take away on the street.

他のお店のナムドックとは一味違う味でした。少し漢方っぽい味がしたような。。。。

The soup that they serve has a special chinese medicine taste in it, it's quite unique.

まるでカフェのようなおしゃれなお店です。エアコンも効いているので長居したくなりますね。

The interior of the shop is more like a coffee shop than a noodle shop.
